It is no secret that I spent several years in the Engineering Labs of Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids. A career that I owe much of my engineering enthusiasm to my father, William P. Lambing. 🙂 He knows Rockwell Collins like “nobody’s business.” 🙂
However, my tenure at Rockwell was during a time when they were selling-off many segments of their business, including Lucent Technologies and Rockwell Automation. Yet, I have fond memories working at Rockwell Collins, as I had the opportunity to work with many brilliant people. Still, it has been several years since my turn as an Engineering Technician at Rockwell Collins and I am rather embarrassed to discover (just now) this exceptionally delivered presentation on the latest of Rockwell Automation engineering endeavors. The technical jargon gets pretty “heavy” at times… still, these guys know exactly what they are talking about.
So, it is without further ado that I bring you the Rockwell Retro Encabulator.
